Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans l’ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu’à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l’international.
MISSIONSBusiness project identification .Select relevant business projects.Assess the technical, contractual and financial risks Case analysis .Take into account the technical, contractual and administrative parts of the case (possible points of contention, special expenses and costs, nature of the contract, etc.).Analyze and determine the key elements for carrying out measurements.Liaise with various players to obtain the additional elements required to review the case (surface, sub-surface, various constraints, etc.), in some cases a site visit may be necessary..Establish the list of documents needed for the bid’s submission Price estimate .Anticipate the methods of executionCheck by comparison with other similar business projects.Allocate the items to be estimated by the project members.Create the survey and estimate the cost of the project using the Price Studies software tool Choice of partners .Establish the specifications.Consult, select and negotiate with the suppliers/service providers Drafting of the proposal .Choose which variants to propose.Define a bid submission strategy.Modify and adjust the proposal in line with client feedback.Draw up the provisional works schedule and define the associated resources (equipment, material, human, etc.) Submission and monitoring of the bid .Prepare the technical and financial documents required for the wrap-up meeting (technical brief, cost breakdown sheet, etc.).Draft the financial part of the project’s commercial offer, putting all the required documents in the consultation file (DPGF – breakdown of the overall price, price schedule, price details, etc.).Attend the Studies-Works transfer meeting.Analyze the results following the call for tenders Team and employees support and development . Implement all management and HR development actions planned, to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the company JOB REQUIREMENTS (training, education, certifications, etc.) Degree in Building and Public Works2 years’ higher education in construction economy, or 3 years’ higher education in Public Works with extensive experience JOB ENVIRONMENT .Reporting line: Price Studies Manager or Branch Director.Internal relations: Quantity surveyor, Price Studies Technician, Site Supervisor, Works Supervisor, Project Manager, etc..External relations: clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.
VOTRE PROFIL
Formation : Diplômé d’un BAC+5 dans le domaine du BTP/TP.
Expérience : Vous justifiez au moins de 5 ans d’expériences dans le domaine BTP/TP idéalement dans le domaine de la déconstruction en secteur industriel.
Compétences :
Maitriser le droit des contrats de travaux/services privé dans le BTP,
Faire preuve de rigueur et d’esprit de synthèse,
Avoir un bon niveau rédactionnel et une aisance de présentation orale,
Être en mesure de détailler ses offres analytiquement mais également de savoir les synthétiser en fonction des projets, enjeux et interlocuteurs.
