Airbus Helicopters recherche un Chef de Projet Building Construction (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département Facility Management Real Estate basé à Marignane, France.
Nous sommes une communauté Transversale, notre mission est de concevoir, construire, exploiter et entretenir des biens immobiliers, des infrastructures et des installations techniques. Le FMRE est également en charge de la gestion des services généraux tels que les services clients (restauration, transport, édition, archivage, librairie, etc.) et les services chantiers (nettoyage, traitement des déchets, espaces verts, logistique, etc.)
Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d’être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Vos challenges:
– Soutenir ‘équipe dans l’élaboration du développement de l’organisation et des décisions critiques de l’entreprise
– Piloter les processus par l’excellence de l’innovation et le partage des meilleures pratiques, en recherchant l’amélioration de la performance organisationnelle
– Améliorer les relations internes FMRE entre les lignes de services FMRE (connexions Front office – Back office) – gestion en organisation matricielle
– Représente l’équipe de direction de FMRE dans les forums internes/externes, les communautés
– Promouvoir les pratiques FMRE, les solutions digitales et assurer la communication dans les sites
– Établir et développer des relations étroites avec les équipes FMRE dans le monde et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes FMRE pour développer une relation étroite avec les principaux partenaires commerciaux (chef de site, fonctions, ….)

Votre profil:
Expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement Ingénieur (ou équivalent) en Génie Civil et Infrastructures
Excellentes compétences orales et de communication (anglais / français)
Capacité à collaborer au sein d’une équipe transdivision / transnationale
Capacité à comprendre la situation dans son ensemble et à simplifier les messages et les processus
Capacité d’interagir avec des intervenants externes
Sensible aux besoins des clients et bonne experience des relations avec les fournisseurs et les clients
Sensible aux solutions de communication/marketing innovantes
Capacité à proposer des solutions créatives et disruptives
Compétences naturelles en leadership
Capacité à interagir à chaque niveau de l’entreprise
Réseau dans les domaines industriels et/ou tertiaires ou capacité à le développer

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Facility Management & Real Estate (H/F) to join our Facility Management department based in Marignane, France.
We are a Cross-Divisional community, our mission is to design & build infrastructures and facilities. FMRE is also responsible for managing general services such as customer services (catering, transport, publishing, archiving, bookshop, etc.) and site services (cleaning, waste treatment, green spaces, logistics, etc.)

What you will be doing:
You will have interfaces through all the FMRE services lines to all Airbus divisions in French perimeter as well as the transnational one.

Your challenges:
– Support FMRE in shaping the development of the organization and business critical decisions
– Drive processes through innovation excellence and best practice sharing, seeking for improvement of organizational performance
– Enhance FMRE internal relationship between FMRE services lines (Front office – Back office connections) – management in matricial organization
– Represents FMRE management team in internal/ external forum, communities
– Promote FMRE practices, digital solutions and ensure communication in the sites
– Establish & develop close relationships with FMRE worldwide teams and work in close collaboration with FMRE teams to develop a close relationship with key Business Partners (Head of site, Functions, FALs…)
