Job Description
Within the Projects & Construction department of the Operations Division of TotalEnergies Renewables, we are looking for our Construction Project Portfolio Manager, based in Paris La Défense, capable of evolving in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
In compliance with TotalEnergies’ HSE rules, the Construction Project Portfolio Manager is responsible for optimizing TotalEnergies Renewables’ key projects by managing project compliance (safety, budget, deadlines, quality):
– By organizing Project Execution Reviews and ensuring that the assigned actions for each BU Geographic Business Units /Project Company are properly launched.
– Providing the necessary support in coherence with the pre-FID project team? from the Final Investment Decision to the commercial operation date
Your main missions are the following:
He/she will provide the necessary support to the project team on high stakes issues.
He/she coordinates projects involving several Business Units (solar, wind and storage)
He/she validates the structure of the team planned for the execution of the project
He/she deploys methods, tools and best practices in project development, in line with the Company’s HSE and quality standards
He/she ensures that the guidelines, tools and reference methods for project development and execution, Operations & Maintenance are correctly shared between the different operational entities while preserving the value of the asset for the Operations & Maintenance teams that will be in charge in the long term
He/she liaises with the Purchasing Department to improve standard contracts in line with the requirements of the Renewables business within the OneTech Branch and improve the project management repository/tools
He/she prescribes and actively participates in the implementation of the new TotalEnergies organization for renewable, storage and hybrid projects in cross-functional coordination with various contacts such as the Operations Department, the One Tech Branch, the Purchasing Department, the various hubs or local offices.

Candidate profile
5 years of higher education with an engineering degree in the field of energy
15 years of experience in the management of large energy projects, particularly in the solar sector
Perfect command of French and English
International exposure is essential: Spanish or another language would be a plus
