Job Description

We are interested in speaking with experts in Project Controls to join our fast-growing team in Paris and contribute to the development of our specialist project controls offering in France. You’ll work within our Industrial business unit working on major projects and programmes building highly technical facilities.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • 5+ years of experience on complex construction projects ideally in the industry of Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D facilities, Industrial and/or Manufacturing.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
  • Demonstrated experience in the setup and implementation of project controls procedures and indicators (project controls plan, cost reporting procedures, risk within a major project or programme)
  • Demonstrated experience in the setup or participation in project controls specific analysis such as earned value analysis or QSRA.
  • Strong time management skills, quick thinking and ability to meet project deadlines as necessary.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.
  • Business level English and French language skills are essential.

    • Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Construction or Engineering (civil, mechanical, industrial, etc.)
  • Project management certification (PMP or other) is preferred
  • RICS membership or equivalent is preferred
